We are pleased to inform you that all Neighborhood Storage facilities in Ocala/Marion County (except 1521 NE 8th Avenue) became part of the Public Storage group of properties on December 13, 2022.  As the new owner, Public Storage hopes to make the transition as seamless as possible for you, with the assurance that Public Storage is committed to providing you great service. As for the immediate future, 

• All payments on or after 12/13/2022 should be made to the order of “Public Storage.”
• After December 13, 2022, download the Public Storage app to your phone or tablet from your favorite App Store to make payments and seamlessly manage your Public Storage account without ever needing to log in again. Plus, with Public Storage you can use your phone as a ‘remote control’ to open the gate when you visit your rental location (most locations immediately, all locations in the near future).
• After December 13, 2022, take advantage of online payment at PublicStorage.com. Simply enter the phone number and zip code you provided when renting to find your account:

- Desktop Site: Click the blue “Pay My Bill” link in the upper-right corner.

- Mobile Site: Tap the 3-bar Menu at the top left and select “Pay My Bill.”
